The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Magherafelt) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022, (S.R. 2022 No. 7), which comes into operation on 9 February 2022.
The Rule will introduce a no waiting at any time restriction (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of Post Office Lane, Magherafelt. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.
During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email to trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 028 8225 4085.
