The Department proposes to make an Order entitled The Parking Places, Loading Bay and Waiting Restrictions (Botanic Court, Carmel Street and Rugby Road, Belfast) Order (Northern Ireland) 2014.
The order will authorise:
- parking places limited to 10 minutes with no return within 1 hour between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm on Monday to Friday inclusive on lengths of Botanic Court and Rugby Road, Belfast.
- a loading bay on a length of Carmel Street, Belfast for loading and unloading of any vehicle between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm on Monday to Friday inclusive.
The order will also introduce a ‘no waiting at any time’ restriction on lengths of Botanic Court and Rugby Road, Belfast. Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.
