The Parking Places and Waiting Restrictions (Moy) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016 No. 284

The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Parking Places and Waiting Restrictions (Moy) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016 (S.R. 2016 No. 284) which will come into operation on 1 August 2016.

Details

The order will introduce parking places and a loading bay on lengths of The Diamond, Moy and introduce ‘no waiting at any time’ restrictions on lengths of Charlemont Street, Moy.

Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.
