The Department proposes to make an Order entitled The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Moy) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015.
The order will revoke existing Parking and Waiting restrictions and a Loading Bay in Moy and replace them as follows-
- parking places on lengths of Killyman Street and The Diamond Moy. Between 8.30 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday inclusive, parking will be limited to 2 hours with no return to a parking place within 1 hour.
- no waiting (Loading and unloading permitted) between 8.30 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday inclusive, on lengths of Killyman Street; and
- a loading bay at The Diamond, Moy between 8.30 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday inclusive.
Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.
