These TOR are designed to facilitate the establishment of an interim Planning Commission and thereby progress Planning Improvement. The TOR and membership will be subject to review on the return to office of an Infrastructure Minister.
A key recommendation of the Public Accounts Committee report on Planning in Northern Ireland (March 2022) was that a Regional Planning Commission is established.
