Historic Environment Division (HED) interim Customer Service Statement 2015-16

From May 2016, nine new NICS Departments are being established and the functions of the Department of the Environment will transfer to three of these new Departments. The Historic Environment Division will be moving to the Department for Communities. This Customer Service Statement is intended to re-assure our customers that in the interim period we will adhere to our core operating principles and maintain service standards.
