The Department has made The Experimental Traffic Control Scheme – Prohibition of Right-Hand Turns – Edenderry, Portadown, for a period of 6 months, which came into operation on 9 March 2015.
The scheme prohibits vehicles proceeding:
- in a westerly direction along Carrickblacker Road, Portadown from making a righthand turn into Watson Street or into Bridge Street
- in a south-westerly direction along Bridge Street from making a right-hand turn into Watson Street
Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.
