The scheme prohibits vehicles proceeding:
- in a westerly direction along Carrickblacker Road, Portadown from making a righthand turn into Watson Street or into Bridge Street
- in a south-westerly direction along Bridge Street from making a right-hand turn into Watson Street
Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.
