An Environmental Information Regulations 2004 request for Information relating to the public consultation & the postponed Public Inquiry about Dalradian Gold Ltd.'s Planning Application(s) for the proposed Curraghainalt Gold Mine, Greencastle/Rouskey, Co. Tyrone, including: 1) clarification of the status of the following document, "Curraghinalt Mine, Discharge Criteria Discussion Meeting, 23 January 2024"; 2) copies of all records of that meeting, including attendees; 3) copies of all records of the Major Client Interface Group, whose purpose is to facilitate progression of Dalradian Gold Ltd.'s planning applications for the period 01 November 2019 to 29 February 2024; & 3) confirmation of whether, and when, any Habitats Regulations Assessments will be provided for public consideration.
