DFI/2023-0461: An Environmental Information Regulations 2004 request for information relating to an unsuccessful personal injury claim, relating to pavement on the Andersonstown Road, Belfast, including  full details of: 1) DfI's investigation of the claim; 2) DfI Roads' inspection of the footpath; 3) all footpath related personal injury claims for the Andersonstown area; 4) any actions taken to mitigate footpath issues identified in claims & complaint; 5) any safety testing of the flagstones used; 6) any steps taken to prevent accidents; & 7) the basis for the Department's interpretation of "footpath" under Article 8 of the Roads (NI) Order 1993.
