DFI/2023-0411: An Environmental Information Regulations 2004 request for copies of records held relating to alleged non-compliance with The Roads (NI) Order 1993, on the Stroan Road, Dervock, Ballymoney, including the: 1) date & time, & method of the original defect report; 2) a copy of the original enquiry form/fault report; 3) the date uploaded, & references; 4) defect inspection report, date & reference; 5) intervention criteria applied; 6) any escalation mechanism used; 7) all staff input into a letter; & 8) emails (03 & 17  October) to the requester; 9) any DfI Information Management Unit involvement with the email of 03 October; & 10) copies of all communications between Northern Division & IMU about the matter.
