DFI/2023-0347: An Environmental Information Regulations 2004 request for copies of information held about Department for Infrastructure (DfI) staff preparing legislation relating to mining permits, particularly to companies that issued permits by Fermanagh & Omagh District Council, including all records of: 1) the human rights training provided to the staff; 2) those who provided that training; 3) those who trained the legislative compilers; 4) the accreditation bodies associated with the training; & 5) any quality assurance of the training provided.
