DFI/2022-0360: Environmental Information Regulations 2004 request for details of the A6 Dungiven to Drumahoe Scheme, including: 1) the original contract award's scheme completion date; 2) whether the Sacyr, Wills Bros Ltd, Somague joint venture has asked for renegotiation, due to COVID, inflation or increased costs; 3) whether for additional funding, & if granted; 4) whether the project cost will exceed £220m; 5) if so, by how much; 6) whether the Department has the funding or will have to seek it from the Executive; 7) whether the joint venture company has breached the terms of the contract; 8) if so, how; 9) whether the scheme will be completed in 2022; & 10) whether the current joint venture company will complete the scheme.
