DFI/2021-0438: Freedom of Information Act 2000 request for information about the Taxi Driver Test, including: 1) if the requirements are defined in legislation; 2) if so, the element of the legislation defining the structure & content of the test; 3) who decides the syllabus; 4) the provider of theory testing, the current contract expiry date, & standards used to decide question difficulty; 5) the percentages of those tested failing either or both parts of the theory test; 6) confirmation of whether DVA has a set pass rate, adjusting scoring in the testing to suit; & 7) the numbers, since 2016, taking, passing & failing the practical test.
