DfI/2019-0307: EIR Request for information relating to planning applications P/2010/0032 and P/2012/0831/RM for St. Clare's Abbey Primary School

Under the Freedom of Information I request the following relating to planning applications P/2010/0032 and P/2012/0831/RM.

1. A copy of the minutes and any notes from all meetings between Roads Service/Transport NI and Newry and Mourne District Council councillors and also Council officials relating to P/2010/0032 and P/2012/0831/RM - St Clare's Abbey Primary School, Newry - but specifically relating to the Travel Plan for the application.
2. A copy of notes from any telephone calls between Roads Service/Transport NI and Newry and Mourne District Council councillors and also Council officials relating to P/2010/0032 and P/2012/0831/RM - St Clare's Abbey Primary School, Newry - but specifically relating to the Travel Plan for the application.
3. A copy of any email/written correspondence between Roads Service/Transport NI and Newry, Mounre and Down District Council councillors and also Council officials relating to P/2010/0032 and P/2012/0831/RM - St Clare's Abbey Primary School, Newry - but specifically relating to the Travel Plan for the application.
