DfI/2019-0251: EIR Request for information on Penalty Charge Notices for 2017/18 and 2018/19

Please can I request under the Freedom of Information Act:

1) The total number of Penalty Charge Notices issued for parking or traffic rule contraventions between 1 April 2018 and 31 March 2019;
2) The number of Penalty Charge Notices issued for parking or traffic rule contraventions between 1 April 2018 and 31 March 2019 to:
a) Owners of vehicles registered outside Northern Ireland but within the UK, and
b) Owners of vehicles registered outside the UK;
3) The number of times in 2018/19 that Penalty Charge Notices could not be sent to owners of vehicles registered outside Northern Ireland but within the UK because they could not be traced, with a breakdown by town where the infringement took place; and
4) The number of times in 2018/19 that Penalty Charge Notices could not be sent to owners of vehicles registered outside the UK because they could not be traced, with a breakdown by town where the infringement took place

Please can I also request the above information, but for the year 2017/18

If the following request cannot be met within cost limits, please can you provide advice and guidance on how I may refine my request?
