DfI/2019-0108: EIR Request for information on the cost to the department of the legal challenge regarding the Mallusk incinerator approval

Under FOI/EIR, I would like to request details of the cost to the department of the legal challenge regarding the Mallusk incinerator approval.

I am seeking an update on the information disclosed in FOI ref: DFI/2018-0469, which provided the "costs incurred to date".

Please disclose the following:

1. The overall cost to the department so far.
2. Any available breakdown of the costs, e.g. spending on legal fees, etc.
3. Is it anticipated that there will be any more costs incurred from this case, or have allcosts now been confirmed?
