    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Cycle Routes (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023”, (S.R. 2023 No. 215), which comes into operation on 8 January 2024.

    The Rule will provide cycle lanes on lengths of carriageway at Crannog Way, Enniskillen and two-way shared cycle tracks on lengths of footway at Enniskillen Road, Ballinamallard and Dublin Road, Lough Yoan Road, Sligo Road and Tempo Road, Enniskillen.

    The Rule will also extend an existing cycle track on a length of footway at Donaghanie Road, Omagh and amend the descriptions of other cycle tracks at Donaghanie Road, Hospital Road and Riverview Road, Omagh.

    A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email at trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 02882 254085.
