These Regulations amend the planning provisions in the Conservation (Natural Habitats, etc.) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995 in consequence of the transfer of certain functions (under the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011) from the Department of the Environment to District Councils on 1st April 2015.
