Application - Non-Executive Members for the Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company

The Department for Infrastructure is recruiting five Non-Executive Members to the Board of the Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company (NITHC).


The appointments will be effective from 1 October 2021 and terms will be for a period of either three or five years.  All relevant documentation including an application form are available to download below.

Closing Date

The deadline for receipt of applications is 12.00 noon on Friday 18 June 2021.  Late applications will not be accepted.


Applications will be welcomed from all sections of the community.  Women, younger people, people with disabilities and people from ethnic minority communities are currently under-represented on DfI Boards. Applications from members of these groups would be particularly welcome.
