    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Alleyway to the rear of Nos. 92–122 Royal Avenue, Belfast (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2024”, (S.R. 2024 No. 105), which comes into operation on 12 June 2024.

    The Rule will abandon an area of 101.47 square metres of former alleyway to the rear of nos. 92-122 Royal Avenue, Belfast, extending from its junction with Kent Street for a distance of 36.37 metres in a south-westerly direction.

    A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged either by email at lands.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
