A screening exercise is required to determine whether the need to carry out Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) applies in respect of the draft All-Island Strategic Rail Review (AISRR), in accordance with the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 No. 280 and equivalent Irish and European legislation. This SEA Applicability Screening Report provides the findings of the SEA screening process for the draft AISRR.
