    The Driver & Vehicle Agency is responsible for licensing and testing vehicles and drivers in Northern Ireland. This page has contact details for the Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) section.

    Contact the CPC section if your Driver Qualification Card (DQC) is lost or stolen. You can contact them by email to order a new or replacement DQC, or you can post the application form and the fee to the address below.

    If you are emailing, put 'DQC enquiry' in the subject field.

    There is a £25 fee to replace and issue new cards. The application form can be found at the link below:
