DfI/2019-0020: EIR Request for a list of the planning applications, over the past 36 months, where DfI Roads have considered a measured assessment of the design speed on a public road

Can I please submit the following Freedom of Information request relating to all DfI Roads Divisions within Northern Ireland: -

• For planning applications over the last 36 months, please confirm the planning reference numbers of any applications where DfI Roads/Transport NI have considered a measured assessment of the design speed on a public road supplied by the applicant (i.e. a 7-day automatic traffic count assessment undertaken by a specialist survey company) for the purposes of assessing the visibility splay requirements for an entrance in accordance with DCAN 15. If the output data from such a measured assessment is not available on the Planning Portal website, please also provide.

A response consisting of a simple electronic list of the applications reference numbers will be sufficient. As noted, if the measured assessment is not available on the Planning Portal website, please also provide.
