The Waiting Restrictions (Ballygowan) Order (Northern Ireland) 2019

The Order will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading not permitted) on lengths of Comber Road, Ballygowan (comprising a turning head outside Alexander Dickson Primary School). Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.

Making an objection

Any person may, before 13 January 2020, object or make other representations to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing tninddownpatrick@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds for objection.
