    Summary

    Notice is hereby given that under Article 65 of the Roads (NI) Order 1993, the Department proposes to introduce an additional flat top side tapered road hump and a short section of new footway on Mullaghboy Road, Bellaghy.

    Consultation description

    The road hump will be constructed in accordance with the Road Humps Regulations (NI) 1999, other features will be constructed in accordance with the Traffic Calming Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995.

    The scheme will consist of:

    • One flat top side tapered road hump approximately 7.0 metres long, 4.2 metres wide and 75 mm high on Mullaghboy Road, south of entrance of house No. 16 and north of entrance of House No. 14.

    Inspecting the proposal

    A map showing the road hump and footway may be inspected free of charge during office hours at the address below, however due to current restrictions we ask that you telephone 028 8225 4085 or email trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk to arrange a viewing appointment.

    Making an objection

    Objections or other representations may be made, before 15 January 2021, to the Department at the following address:
