The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The On-Street Parking (Residents Parking Zone – Rugby Road / College Park Avenue Area, Belfast) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020.


Consultation description

The Order will remove a no waiting at any time restriction on 2 lengths of College Green, Belfast and amend the parking provision within the controlled parking zone.

Inspecting the proposal

Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with a map showing the road involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the Department's address as follows:

Annexe 7
Castle Buildings
Stormont Estate
Upper Newtownards Road

During the current Covid-19 emergency, access to this building is limited and inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email using the office email address or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.
