The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Cookstown) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Cookstown) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020.


Consultation description

The Order will―

  • combine two parking places into one on a length of Oldtown Street, Cookstown; and
  • introduce no waiting at any time (loading and unloading not permitted) restrictions on lengths of Ballyreagh Industrial Estate and Union Place, Cookstown.

Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.

Inspecting the proposals

Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with maps showing the roads involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the Department's address as follows:
