Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions - Cookstown

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Cookstown) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023.


Consultation description

The Order amends The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Cookstown) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018 by introducing a no waiting at any time restriction (loading and unloading permitted) on a length of Molesworth Road, Cookstown.

Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.

The Order also updates the definitions of “postal packet” and “universal service provider”.
