    Consultation description

    The Order will authorise a length of Frances Street, Newtownards for use as a parking place and prescribe the conditions under which it may be used. Between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday inclusive parking will be limited to 1 hour and no return within 1 hour.

    The Order will also revoke and re-enact certain existing parking and waiting restrictions in Newtownards.

    Inspecting the proposal

    Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together with a map showing the road involved, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the Department's address as follows:

    Making an objection

    Any person may, before 18 May 2018, object or make other representations to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing tninddownpatrick@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds for objection.
