The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Belfast) (Amendment No. 6) Order (Northern Ireland) 2017

The Order will:-

• prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of Cleaver Avenue, Cleaver Park, Wellesley Avenue, Windsor Drive and Essex Grove, Belfast.
• prohibit vehicles waiting between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday, (loading and unloading permitted), on lengths of Cleaver Avenue and Cleaver Park, Belfast.

Vehicles are excepted from the prohibitions in certain circumstances.

Inspecting the proposal

Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with maps showing the roads involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the Department's office as follows:

Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing traffic.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk before 17 July 2017.
