Consultation description

The Order will introduce a no waiting at any time restriction (loading and unloading not permitted) on a length of Adelaide Park, Belfast.

Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.

Inspecting the proposal

Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together with a map showing the road involved, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the Departments address as follows:

During the current Covid-19 emergency, access to this building is limited and inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address below or by telephone during office hours (Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.

Making an objection

Any person may, before 11 December 2020, object or make other representations to the proposal in writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing traffic.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds for objection.
