The Order will introduce a one-way traffic system on a length of Stream Street, Downpatrick from its junction with St. Patrick’s Avenue to its junction with Racecourse Hill so that traffic can only proceed in a southerly direction.
The Order will also revoke and re-enact certain existing one-way traffic systems in Downpatrick.
