Summary

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) gives notice of its proposal to abandon 1336.6 square metres of road comprising 515.5 square metres of Drumnagoon Road and 821.1 square metres of Kernan Hill Road, Portadown, after the completion of such works as the Department considers necessary.

Inspecting the proposal

The areas of road proposed to be abandoned are delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours before 23 December 2019 at:

DfI Roads and Rivers Southern Division,
Armagh, Banbridge & Craigavon East Section Office,
Carn Industrial Area,
Portadown 

Making an objection

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at:

or by emailing southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
