Consultation description
The Department of the Environment published its consultation paper on the Draft Budget 2015-16 on the 27th November 2014. The Department has carried out preliminary high-level screening of the draft budget proposals in accordance with our equality obligations and they are largely considered to have no impacts on equality of opportunity.
A high level screening pro forma has been completed and where necessary, further equality screening and full Equality Impact Assessments will be undertaken as budget reduction measures are further developed and implemented.
