Consultation description
The effect of the Order would be to abandon an area of 323 square metres of superseded road at Moore’s Lane, Lurgan commencing at a point 5.5 metres north-east of its junction with Connolly Place, Lurgan extending for a distance of 43 metres in a north-easterly direction.
Inspecting the proposal
The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period 28 November 2024 to 10 January 2025 at:

Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email to southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.
Making an objection
Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the adress below or by emailing southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
