Summary
The Department for Infrastructure (DfI), being of the opinion that the road is not necessary for road traffic, gives notice of its intention to make an Order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993, the effect of which will be to abandon an area of 1358 square metres of superseded road at Green Road, Conlig, extending from a point 974.5 metres east of its junction with Newtownards Road, for a distance of 134 metres in an easterly direction.
