Summary

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI), gives notice of its intention to make an Order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993, the effect of which would be to abandon an area of 70 square metres of road fronting Nos. 34, 36 and 38 Beechfield Drive, Donaghadee.

The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft Order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period 24 August 2023 to 4 October 2023 at

Inspecing the proposal

Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 78899.

Making an objection

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
