The rule will prohibit vehicles travelling in a southerly direction along the A26 Lisnevenagh Road, Kells from a U-Turn through a gap in the central reservation opposite the entrance to No. 97 Lisnevenagh Road, Kells.
Vehicles are excepted in certain circumstances.
