The rule will abandon an area of 210 square metres of former road adjacent to Fruitfield Filling Station, Portadown Road, Richhill.
The Department has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Portadown Road, Richhill (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2014 (S.R. 2014 No. 268) which will come into operation on 3 December 2014.
