Planning application form PAN1 - Proposal of Application Notice (PAN)

This form should be used by applicants to serve notice on the appropriate council of their intention to submit a planning application for major development or to the Department for Infrastructure (DfI) of their intention to submit a planning application for regionally significant development.

Details

Applicants must submit this notice at least 12 weeks before submitting the planning application.

Please note, Belfast City Council have developed their own Proposal of Application Notice form which is available from their website www.belfastcity.gov.uk/planning-and-building-control/planning
