The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Magherafelt) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020”, (S.R. 2020 No. 159), which comes into operation on 24 August 2020.

Details

The Rule will:

  • amend the description of a parking place on King Street;
  • provide a parking place in Church Street and prescribe the conditions under which it may be used;
  • divide a parking place on Rainey Street into two separate parking places; and
  • introduce waiting restrictions on Greenvale Park.

Vehicles are excepted from the conditions and restrictions in certain circumstances.
