The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Parking Places (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles) (Amendment No. 5) Order (Northern Ireland) 2017, (S.R. 2017 No. 183), which comes into operation 2 October 2017.

Details

The rule will create parking places with unlimited waiting in Ballygawley, Ballymoney, Belfast, Comber, Cookstown, Downpatrick, Londonderry, Newtownards, Newtownbutler, Portaferry and Whitehead.

All parking places are for the use of disabled persons’ vehicles only.

The rule will also amend the description of an existing bay in Comber and remove parking places with unlimited waiting in Belfast, Coleraine, Cookstown, Downpatrick, Irvinestown, Londonderry, Newtownards and Portaferry.
