The Parking Places (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles) (Amendment No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2017 No. 132

The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Parking Places (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles) (Amendment No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2017, (S.R. 2017 No. 132), which comes into operation on 21 July 2017.

Details

The rule will create parking places with unlimited waiting in Ballyclare, Belfast, Carrickfergus, Donaghadee, Dungannon, Larne, Londonderry and Newtownabbey.

All parking places are for the use of disabled persons’ vehicles only.

The rule will also amend the conditions of an existing bay in Belfast and correct a description of a bay in Larne, and also create a parking place with limited waiting in Ballymoney.

The rule will remove parking places with unlimited waiting in Bangor, Castlecaulfield, Downpatrick, Killyleagh, Larne and Newtownards.
