The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Belfast) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015

The Department has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Belfast) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 (S.R. 2015 No. 60) which comes into operation on 9 March 2015. 

Details

The rule will introduce:

  • 'No waiting at any time’ restrictions on lengths of Baltic Avenue, Claremont Mews, Clifton Street, Crumlin Road, Massey Avenue, Orby Link, Wandsworth Road and Woodstock Place, Belfast (loading and unloading will be permitted)
  • ‘No waiting’ restrictions between 8.00 am to 6.00 pm on Monday to Saturday on lengths of Balfour Avenue, Barrack Street, Durham Street and Gardiner Place, Belfast (loading and unloading will be permitted)
  • parking places on lengths of Short Strand slip road (in lay-by) and Tomb Street and prescribe the conditions under which they may be used

Vehicles are excepted from these restrictions in certain circumstances.
