The proposed order will provide for the construction, as part of an access linking the existing pedestrian facilities at the Gasworks Business Park, Ormeau Road to Ormeau Embankment, Belfast, of a bridge over the navigable waters of the River Lagan.
The Department has made a Statutory Rule entitled Lagan Foot and Cycle Bridge Orders which comes into operation after 28 August 2015.
