The rule will abandon an area of 73.738 square metres of a former turning head at Drumalla Park, Carnlough, after completion of such works as the Department considers necessary.
The Department has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Drumalla Park, Carnlough (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2014 (S.R. 2014 No. 258) which will come into operation on 19 November 2014.
