DFI/2021-0365: Environmental Information Regulations 2004 request for details of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued, over the last 4 years, to vehicles displaying a privately operated car park ticket, including: 1) the number of such PCNs issued in Posnett Street, Belfast; 2) the percentage of subsequent PCN challenges for the that location that were refused; 3) the number of such PCNs issued in Belfast; 4) the percentage of subsequent PCN challenges in Belfast that were refused; & 5) copies of minutes for any meetings where the particular issue was discussed.
