DfI/2019-0371: EIR Request for a breakdown of personal injury claims over the last three years due to uneven pavements

I am requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act - please can you provide the following information:

A Microsoft Excel spreadsheet breakdown of the amount of money paid in personal injury payments over falls or trips involving uneven pavement, over the last three years, or the longest time period possible to comply with cost and time exemptions.

Please provide the following column heading for the following:

• Location of incident (by road name and district council area).
• Amount awarded.
• If any action was taken to fix the area in question.
