Could you provide me data as follows:-

Total of penalty charge notices issued for each of the periods January-March 2018, April-June 2018, July-September 2018, October-December 2018, January-March 2019 and (if available) April-June 2019, broken down by location (street or car park and town is fine) and contravention code?

It's the sort of dataset which might be useful to publish on opendatani.gov.uk.
